I’ve compiled some of my favorite resources for you. I like to think as these as more tools in your toolbox. I know from personal experience how overwhelming it can be to navigate the web. My objective is to simplify this for you by creating list of content that I’ve found incredibly valuable. The list in not in any order, feel free to explore and see what draws you in. This app guides you through the basics, complete with interviews and gentle guided meditations. Dan Harris refers to this as “meditation for skeptics.”. Dan also hosts a very interesting podcast which I highly recommend.

She offers courses that do a beautiful job of gently guiding and implementing mindfulness meditation. I also recommend reading her books. I’m a huge fan.
